오늘 기사 올라온 걸 보니 김흥국씨가 기러기 생활을 곧 마칠 모양이더군요. 축하합니다.
가족과 떨어져 지내 본 분들은 자식들 대학졸업도 좋지만 더 좋은 건 기러기 생활 청산 때문이죠.

따님이 보니 뉴욕의 명문 디자인 스쿨 3곳 중 하나인 SVA (School of Visual Arts)를 졸업하는거더군요.
저희 큰 애도 미술을 좋아해서 미국 파슨즈 디자인 스쿨 산업디자인에 그냥 지원해 봤다가 합격하는 바람에 연간 들어가는 비용을 알아보고 놀랐던 기억이 새삼스럽게 떠오르네요.
